So just when you thought I couldn't connect with another outstanding model, in walks Whitney. Instantly connected with her and have had the great pleasure of working with her on multiple occasions. From beauty to body painting, she just looks amazing. I take any and every opportunity to get her into my studio. Enjoy :)

Brittany Patterson

Hey everyone,

In my line of work, I meet a lot of models, some very established and some up and comers. I'm going to start spotlighting the models that I work with and today I want to introduce you to my friend Brittany. We've worked together on a couple of shoots now and I have to say.....this is someone to keep your eyes on. Such a beautiful young woman and so easy to work with, and when the camera starts snapping, you get shot after shot of just plain awesome. She's fairly new to the modeling world but I can see her going very far indeed. As far as a makeup artists perspective, she has an absolutely stunning face to work on and every time she sits down in my makeup chair, magic happens.  I'm a serious fan :)

Malama Pono

I recently had the great pleasure to meet Ms. Pono and do 2 different looks on her. I'm posting the more "interesting" of the 2. This was a bit more experimental for me as far as my normal beauty looks. Malama is a real pleasure to work with and I know we have many more shoots ahead of us...I will enjoy the journey!

Summer Jam

I recently worked an event that is part of this years Summer Jam. It was a photo shoot for a calendar. Did 4 body paints in about 3 hours or so. It was quite the set up. I was in a small non air-conditioned room (maybe around 10 by 10) lined with shelves, there I was with at least 6 or 7 models rotating in and out ( I think there was around 20 + models in total) ..trying to paint in there was one of the more challenging gigs I've had. I'll post pics as I get them.

Rebecca

So yesterday (Memorial day) I had a pretty cool shoot with Hairdresser Scotty Provo, Photographer Jiamin Zhu and Model/Artist Rebecca Blume. It's going to be a series exploring the "stages" of Bi-polar disorder. I believe it will be a powerful series. Many different makeup looks and moods ending with Rebecca being "painted" into one of her paintings.

Of some interest..

I have a couple of interesting shoots coming up, the first is going to be a gritty look at the sex trade..should be a powerful series. The other one, I'm painting an artist/model "into" one of her paintings.......more to follow.
